Skills Update

Skills have been expanded upon and clarified, like a buttery foundation. Combat has also been given slightly more clear rules.
Next up I'm planning to work on specifically expanding the number of spells and cleaning up/specifying things about the magical Skills. 

I'll probably end up tweaking and changing some other portions as well, though those will likely be more minor.
